Keep it short and snappy. Like a newspaper headline, this should make people want to watch the video. Curiosity is very powerful.
What's the audience?
Defining this at the outset will help focus on what you need to say. Everything can be changed later, though.
How short do you want it to be?
Clue: keep it as short as you can. Engagement tails off sharply after a minute and after 5 minutes.
